Outstanding personal service
Have just made it home in my new (to me) CX5, and could not speak more highly of how Rob and Andy handled the whole sales process. Quick to respond to, and resolve, a potential issue, they gave very freely of their time in the saleroom and showed their committment to delivering real customer care, as well as a vehicle, by changing brake pads before I picked up the car, despite these passing the MOT without comment. They were a genuine pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a used car.

Great garage. If you are looking for a car, you can't find better place: very genuine owner Andy: he does not want to cheat you, always happy to answer on all questions, cars describe 100% correct, no hiden faults. He just runs the business as it should be run.

They were so friendly and quick to respond to emails, definitely going above and beyond with helping my partner and I when purchasing the car, and not pushy at all. We'd been looking for a new car for quite a while so had spoken to a number of sales people. Newlands did not come across at all as "salesy", giving us time to think options through etc (and we had a lot of questions for them - (sorry1!)). In 2007 I came to Newlands as a first time customer I bought a Toyota yarris at just under 4 grand. this car is still going strong in 2019 and I love it dearly it was already 7 years old when I bought it. However having a 21 year old daughter desperate for a car and no money I decided to treat my self I came in to Newlands who welcomes me like a old friend I look around and they didn't have what I wanted so I asked if they could give me a call if they get what I want I told them I was looking for a Toyota aygo around the 3 grand mark within 2 weeks Newlands rang me with my car 3900 miles 9 years old just over 3 grand when I told them I would have it after my test drive they had it checked over taxed and serviced I bought the car with every faith that it will do me as well as the yarris I bought many years before. Amazing service I feel very lucky to have come across newlands and would recommend anyone who wants a hi end second hand car to go and check out Newlands.
